Job Description: Remedial repairs, works on damp penetration, removal of hard inappropriate cement render in 12th century chancery area to allow walls to dry out. installation of new cast iron gutters and down pipes, installed with spikes under cap stone, imbedded in lead plugs with rise and fall brackets.
New Works 2005 Phase ll include restoration of stained leaded glass windows, restoration of timber window frames, see bottom section.
Later works may include re-rendering the whole in Lime mortar.
