Job Description: External conservation work, re-roofing, stripping down old slate, repair and replacement on rafters and timberwork, reuse existing slate and additional salvaged slate. Insulation on some units natural Holtzflex wood fibre, others in Rockwool. Installation of old cast iron and new Velux skylights. Rebuild or re-plaster chimneys with conservation hidden flashing. Replace original ridge tiles embedded in lime mortar.
